Mực chiên cà ri là một sáng tạo mới là cho món mực tươi chiên thêm phần hấp dẫn. Mực giòn, thơm thơm vị cà ri, ăn rất đậm đà sẽ là món nhậu ngon tuyệt mùa đông này!
Mực rửa sạch, cắt khoanh tròn cỡ 1 cm. Hành tây lột vỏ, cắt khoanh tròn khoảng 1 cm, đậu que rửa sạch, nhặt bỏ 2 đầu, tước xơ 2 bên, cắt ngắn vừa ăn.
Lấy 1 túi nylon, cho vào túi 3 muỗng canh bột mì, 1 muỗng canh bột cà ri, 1 muỗng canh ớt bột paprika, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột tỏi và 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu. Cho mực, hành tây, đậu que vào túi, làm phồng túi và lắc nhẹ tay cho bột và các gia vị được bám đều vào mực.
Làm nóng chảo dầu trên bếp, chờ dầu sôi, cho lần lượt từng miếng mực vào chiên, rồi đến hành tây và đậu que chiên cho đên khi hết. Chờ dầu ráo, gắp ra đĩa. Món mực giòn giòn, thơm thơm vị cà ri sẽ rất thích hợp trong tiết trời se se lạnh. Còn gì bằng những buổi chiều cuối tuần nhâm nhi và tán gẫu cùng bạn bè, người thân bên đĩa mực thơm lừng hấp dẫn!
