No one remembers the conversation between Brann and the old 3-eyed Raven where Brann is very upset about how the 3eyed raven just watched shit happen from his tree and did nothing to it? The old 3eyed raven was just observing thing and what happened in the past. This clearly upset Brann as seen in the scene, but more over, he now has a chance to actually make a difference. He knows about all the mistakes of the past, and can use that information to his advance to make the best decision possible.

in other words, what we see in the last episode is not Bran or the three eyed raven! remember when NK touched Bran on his hand, and then NK died killed by Arya. the NK king spirit must have entered him! Bran is not the three eyed raven anymore but something else now; a combination of all three entities, Bran, three eyed raven, and NK. also there is a theory that the NK is actually a Targaryen and the true successor to the throne. three eyed raven has the ability of immortality unless a successor shows up, which mean Bran can be immortal, therefore he can rule forever and the wheel has been broken!
